Also note there is a monthly $4.50 inactivity fee for this account, so plan to have at least 1 transaction per month if you open this account to avoid the fee. It appears that any transaction – deposit, withdraw, debit card transaction, writing a check, bill pay, etc. – will keep you from getting a fee.

According to the CSR I spoke to the plus includes overdraft protection and the regular checking doesn’t.

What is the difference between the PerkStreet regular checking and plus? They don’t tell you the difference anywhere on the website and then ask you to pick one during the application.
