You can receive a 15% or larger discount on gas by taking advantage of the Sony Rewards program. One you reach the Silver level in their program you are eligible for a 15% discount on many items in their catalog. I chose to use mine on a gas card since this was money that would have been spent anyway. After additional discounts from earning points as explained in this SlickDeals thread I paid $34.10 for a $50 gas card. That is an over 31% discount on gas. It did take a little time to do this but I think the return was well worth the time invested. I’m not sure how long Sony will keep this program going but I will be taking advantage of it while I can.
