I signed up for this at a bank branch and they did a hard credit pull. Not worth it if you don’t want your credit score dinged for the next two years.

I have heard different things about whether they do a hard or soft credit pull. I think this is a YMMV thing. The last account I opened with them they didn’t do a hard credit pull but I did already have an account with them. When opening an account for a bonus each person needs to decide for themselves whether the bonus is worth a hard credit pull. I do bank bonus offers fairly often and I’ve maintained a good credit score.
