OptionsXpress has increased their normal $100 bonus to $500 dollars but you have to sign up today to get the bonus. You have to open an account with at least $500, make at least 1 trade, and keep your money in the account for at least six months. A 100% bonus of $500 is the best bonus deal I have seen.
I have received several referral bonuses from OptionsXpress so I know that they are legitimate. You do need to remind them of the bonus sometimes though so make sure you keep a record of everything. Visit their promo page for more info on the $500 account bonus.
