Chase has had a few different checking account bonuses.  The latest one is a $125 bonus when you open a Chase checking account with direct deposit.  To be able to see the promo page you must be logged in to your Chase credit or banking account. You must open the account with a minimum of $100 in new money. The first direct deposit must be completed within 60 calendar days of account opening. The $125 reward will be deposited into your new account within 6-8 weeks after the initial direct deposit and is not considered part of the minimum opening g balance.  Checking account must remain open for a minimum of six months or the reward will be debited from the account at closing.

I have a Chase credit card so I can see this promo but I’m probably going to pass.  This is because you have to have a direct deposit or five monthly debit card transactions to avoid a service fee.  There is conflicting information on whether PayPal or transfers from online banks will count as a direct deposit.  If I had a different source for a direct deposit I’d give this one a try.  If the direct deposit isn’t a problem for you than this is a good deal.  Visit the promo page for more details on this bank bonus.
