To qualify for the promotion you need to purchase any 2 American Express Gift Cards at a participating retailer and take a Rebate Form from the point-of-sale display, with your purchase. Remit COMPLETED Rebate Form and copy of receipt to American Express by 07/22/08. The cards must be purchased between 5/1/08 – 6/30/08. The Spring Fling card is good at Best Buy,Borders,Fandango, and Spa Finder. There is a $3.95 activation fee for each card but that still leaves you with a “profit” of $17.10.
