I think the lack of comments is mainly due to the informational style of your posts. I’m sure if you wrote something controversial or argumentative you’d get some feedback. Remember, only something like 0.5% of visitors or less bother to leave a comment

It’s interesting to see what people are willing to forgoer when they make a change from a successful blogger or typepad blog. Usually, a lot of RSS readers. If I could ever leave one thing with a new blogger, that’s to establish a feed at feedburner. Then, when you make a change, at least the most common way people read your blog won’t change.
